I love the outdoors.
I love camping and wandering around in the woods. I know a lot of people who go hiking, but to me hiking is kind of boring. I like to wander. It doesn’t matter to me whether I walk a quarter mile or ten. The experience is what counts.
Oh it’s nice to tell people that I have walked over 1,500 miles of trails, actually I do believe it is quite a bit more. That is only because I would go out and walk from one gully to another or one bush to another for quite a ways.
I figure I have camped out
several hundred nights over the past years.
Each night and day providing me with something I could never get from a
job, peace and tranquility. I have
camped in the mountains, the desert and the
I have camped in the sun, rain and snow each providing me with a new experience and new knowledge about what works and what doesn’t. I have purchased all kinds of gadgets that were supposed to make life easier. Some of them were worth the money and others I wouldn’t give away, because they just didn’t work.
In the future I intend to share with you what works for me and what doesn’t. My passion is to live in the pine trees and spend the rest of my days learning more about nature and how to share it with others.
I hope that by sharing my knowledge of the outdoors with you will make your time outdoors more fun and enjoyable.
